About the Vision

Cultivating Urban Resilience from the Ground Up

Eden Earth Gardens Inc. is a credentialed, technical 501c3 agricultural organization dedicated to local food sustainability, regenerative urban resilience and structural community education. Moving past basic community gardening, we operate an active living laboratory and urban micro-orchard featuring over 20 mature fruit trees and specialty crops, intensive container networks and closed loop waste diversion infrastructure. This premise was born from a simple but powerful belief: healthy soil creates healthy communities. In neighborhoods facing environmental stress, food insecurity, and limited green space, regeneration isn’t just a gardening practice — it’s a pathway to resilience, dignity, and hope. We teach soil medicine, regenerative gardening, and community stewardship as tools for transformation. Every compost bin, every garden bed, every child learning about worms and roots becomes part of a larger story: a community rebuilding itself from the ground up.

Our vision is to create spaces where people can grow food, grow knowledge, and grow together — turning vacant lots into learning hubs, turning kitchen scraps into super soil, and turning neighbors into partners in regeneration.

Eden Earth Gardens is more than a garden project. It’s a blueprint for community healing.

Eden Earth Gardens was founded by S.B. McCoy, a community‑rooted visionary, certified in Urban Agriculture and Permaculture Design and dedicated to restoring the relationship between people and the land. Raised with a deep respect for soil, stewardship, and service who saw firsthand how access to healthy food and healthy earth can change the trajectory of a neighborhood. The work blends environmental education, regenerative agriculture, and community empowerment. Every person — regardless of background or zip code — deserves access to good ground, good food, and good futures.

Eden Earth Gardens was created to bring soil medicine to the forefront of urban resilience. Through hands‑on learning, youth engagement, and community‑driven design, we support programs that heal the land while strengthening the people who depend on it.
